For Duck boxes:  Add 3” of pine shavings to floor of box.

For Woodpecker boxes:  Pack cavity full with pine shavings and sawdust.

For Owl boxes:  Add 2” of pine shavings to floor of box.

All pine shavings should be cleaned out after each brood leaves.  Replace shavings in Duck and Woodpecker boxes in January.  Owl boxes in September.
